Caroline Lenher, ACC, is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach who partners with clients to help them shift from feeling stuck or stagnated in their careers to experiencing motivation and confidence in who they are, their value and what they envision for their life and career. Caroline understands what happens when a once exciting and invigorating career path no longer brings joy, energy and enthusiasm and how to help put individuals back in the driver seat of their professional life.
Prior to launching CKL Strategy in 2017, Caroline spent over 20 years in advertising and communications agencies in strategy, client and account management, project management, business development and leadership.
Her career began in live entertainment progressing in the industry’s top two agencies over 15 years. Caroline managed regional and local teams and, as part of agency leadership, impacted agency growth and operations. She opened and oversaw satellite offices in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, drove new business growth and developed client and partner relationships nationwide. Caroline led and directed national and Broadway advertising and marketing campaigns for the most successful live theatre productions at the time including Wicked, Disney’s The Lion King, Mamma Mia! and Phantom of the Opera.
In the latter part of her marketing career, Caroline moved into social and behavior change communications working in government, non-profit, education and automotive industries. While working with clients including Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, UCLA School of Law and Lexus, Caroline discovered her love for training, facilitating and ultimately coaching.
A New England native, she now lives in Santa Monica, CA with her rescue schnoodle. She volunteers as a peer mentor for the American Brain Tumor Association, serves on their Volunteer Advisory Council as well as a “Big” with Big Brothers Big Sisters Los Angeles.
