What is Coaching?
Coaching is a process in which the Coach serves as a strategic partner for the Client exploring goals, barriers, action steps, and accountability plans for moving forward. Coaching is client-focused and client-driven with the client choosing their priorities and action steps. The coach serves to provide perspective, create focus, clarify intention, motivate, and build accountability through empowering the client.
Coaching is often confused with therapy, mentoring or consulting but stands alone as its own practice. For more information on the differences please visit positivepsychology.com.

Career & Professional Development Coaching
Coaches partner with individuals to identify and achieve their career goals. Our work together can include developing competencies and skills such as communication, leadership, management, relationship building and presentation skills. Additionally, there are many elements to consider with career development or career transition, such as personal branding, networking, interviewing skills, building confidence, and working through limiting beliefs that could hold you back. We can address them all and many more.

How we work together
Our partnership begins with identifying and establishing actionable goals and milestones to work towards in our time together. My role is to help you achieve them through exploration, generating deeper awareness, challenging limiting beliefs and identifying tactics, tools and resources to support you.
Our work together allows you to address today's questions and challenges in a way that empowers and supports you long after our work together concludes.
